Stewardship Day at 9/11 Memorial Park

In the two decades since our Rotary Club of Bedford created the 9/11 Memorial at Springs Brook Park, we have shared stewardship of the memorial with the Town of Bedford (read more about the memorial here).

On Saturday morning, October 18th, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon (weather permitting), Al Roscoe and I would love for you to join us for a couple of hours of stewardship.

We'll be doing light cleanup, cutting back some encroaching weeds and vines, raking the entire area, and piling debris for Bedford DPW to pick up.

All you need to bring is a rake, maybe some gloves, water to quench your thirst, and yourself.

If you can join us, please email me by Monday, 10/13.
