That’s 33-years since the first Breakfast with Santa. If you’re around 40 years old now, maybe you were there as a kid. If you were, do you remember telling Santa what you wanted for Christmas? And do you remember that it was held in the American Legion Hall?

Rotarian Bob Cassidy, who remembers that the Legion donated the use of their space to Rotary, also remembers that Chip-In Farm donated all the eggs for the scrambled egg breakfast. But what stands out most in his memory is hours spent cracking all the eggs by hand.

Breakfast with Santa took place elsewhere in town over the years, but on December 8th the “Jolly Ole’ Elf” will again visit Bedford High School, where “Breakfast” has been held for many years now.

The menu has changed very little since the first Breakfast in 1986. Scrambled eggs and sausages are still the mainstays, but they’re now joined by pancakes, bagels, and cereal choices for the youngsters.

Bring the family and re-live old memories or make new ones!

The 33rd Annual Breakfast with Santa, Sunday, December 8, 2019, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at Bedford High School. Admission $8.00. Credit cards are accepted.
