Last week we welcomed some of our scholarship recipients, Abhigna Reddy, BHS Class of 2023, recipient of the Rayford Williams 4-year scholarship and Cameron Comeau, BHS class of 2024 who was awarded the Philip McGovern scholarship this year. It was great to learn about their accomplishments and plans for the future!
The Rayford Williams Scholarship is a four-year scholarship awarded through the Rotary Club of Bedford. This year's recipient was Brenna Portlock. Brenna will be attending Salve Regina University to study Social Work.
The Rotary Club of Bedford also sponsors the Philip McGovern Scholarship which is a one-year scholarship for a student attending Middlesex Community College. This year's recipient is Cameron Comeau.Learn more about the history of the scholarships in a story we posted previously.
