On Sunday, June 8, the Rotary Club of Bedford proudly joined in the festivities at Bedford’s 4th Annual Pride Celebration—an afternoon full of community, solidarity, and fun for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies of all ages.

Hosted by the Parents Diversity Council and Bedford Youth and Family Services, the celebration featured crafts, music, info tables, ice cream, and high spirits throughout.

The Rotary Club of Bedford hosted a welcoming table with a playful Plinko game, candy prizes, and colorful stickers to share Rotary’s message of diversity, equity, inclusion, and most importantly, belonging. It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the community and reflect on what it means to be a people of action. A huge thank you goes to Dawn Kociubes for coordinating the club's effort, including creating the stickers that were distributed.

Club member Christine Pinney summed up the experience beautifully: “The positive energy was infectious—the sense of community, compassion, and acceptance was palpable.”

The Bedford Rotary Foundation was proud to be among the sponsors of this important event, alongside other community-minded partners. We’re honored to support initiatives that celebrate and uplift every member of our community. 🌈
