Bedford's Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) - How it fits in Bedford

Please join Susan Schwartz and Lt. Scott Jones, Bedford Rotarian of the Bedford Police.  Susan is a member of Bedford's Community Emergency Response Team, as she shares the mission of the team, how it fits within the Town of Bedford and Bedford's emergency response efforts and how you and others can help CERT help the Bedford community. As Susan is passionate about health, wellness and preparedness, please expect this session to be both informative and full of energy.  When Susan retired after over 20 years at Oracle Corporation, she decided it was time to focus on her passions and give back to the Bedford community and is now an active member of CERT, the Bedford Board of Health, and the Domestic Violence Services Network. Scott is an active Bedford Rotarian. He served on the BPD for many years including a stint as Acting Chief of Police.
