How?
Sign Up to volunteer at Hope for the Hungry 2025, the Rotary Club of Bedford’s annual meal-packaging event to fight food insecurity on Saturday, April 26, 2025, 9:15 am – 12:00 pm, with Meals of Hope and co-hosted by the Rotary Clubs of Chelmsford and Merrimack Valley
What’s a Meal-Packaging event?
With the hands-on help of dozens of volunteers, in just a few hours on a Saturday morning, thousands of meal packages will be filled with the ingredients for a Mac ‘n Cheese meal, enough for a family of six. You can be one of those volunteers. And when it’s all done, you can say you helped feed more than 40,000 hungry people.
Sign up as a family packaging team, children included. If they’re old enough, working alongside you. What a rewarding experience and fun memories!
Sign up as a team (2-12 people) of friends, colleagues, neighbors, or even your favorite club.
Sign up as a friendly competition or a team building experience.
Sign up for a Dad’s Day with the kids, a Teens and Friends Day, or a Get To Know Your Neighbors experience.
Or, swap your weekly workout and Sign Up to Team Up to flex your muscles by helping stock the meal-packing tables.
