Bob moved to Naples from Boston in 2019 with his wife, Nancy. They have two sons and two grandchildren. He received his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.

Bob has helped implement mental health and wellness projects at the club, district and global grant level (Wellesley, Massachusetts, District 6960 in Florida, Puerto Rico, India and Nigeria). All the programs measurably improved awareness, knowledge and confidence. The current programs also increase capacity for counseling, prevention, and earlier treatment.

Bob is Executive Director for Adolescent Wellness, Inc. (AWI).  He founded AWI in 2005 after 20 years in the tech industry. AWI is a 501c3 non-profit that promotes practical resources to prevent mood disorders and prompt earlier treatment. Over the years, AWI collaborated with a few innovations -

Boston Children’s Hospital:

- Break Free From Depression, a curriculum for schools

Building Bridges of Understanding, Continuing Medical Education for pediatricians

William James College:

- Wellness Center games within Whyville.net for ages 8 -12

- Social emotional competency for school leaders

Mclean Hospital:

Massachusetts School Nurse Liaison Program, providing timely ‘curbside consult’ with child psychiatrist

Healthcare Network of SW FloridaNCH Healthcare Systems:

Final pilot of A Lever, a program to increase capacity in behavioral health care by giving supports and training to pediatricians based on the training and preventive toolkits for families from Boston Children’s Hospital bundled with a ‘curbside consult’ service by a child psychiatrist
